Jan.17,2008It’s really amazing at how online social networks have progressed over the years. What’ really amazing, perhaps, is that as much as people have been sure of the fact that these networks brought people together, the more people farther apart misconstrued the true nature of a relationship.
See, I’ve watched many people convince themselves that they had an “entourage” of friends just because their friend count on some social network said they had “X” amount of friends. The funny things about it is that these friend counts are ludicrous as most people you know can’t be that much involved with over 20 people at max.
