Never on Time!

Sigh…why does it seem like girls and guys can NEVER be on the same time frame? It seems like whenever I’m in a relationship, or something leading towards a relationship, I’m not on the same page with the guy. I’ll be ready to jump in something special…because I feel and I know that it’s right, but the guy will just hesitate and hold back. Then by the time they FINALLY decide to come around, I’ve already been hurt, or I’m already over it…OR, I’m just not willing to put myself out there like I was initially.

I know that guys work differently than girls, but it would be really nice if they acted on “how they feel” instead of being so weary and stand-offish. I’m just a little frustrated…when I’M ready they aren’t, and when THEY are ready I’m not. Should I just take this untimely occurrence of events as a sign? Or should I continue to pursue what I feel?

Some people are so amazing to me, because they are caught in a twisted perception of reality. Some of us dream of foreign lands or have lavish fantasies that help us cope through the harsh realities of life. These aren’t the people that I have a problem with because most of them try to escape because they REALIZE what’s REAL. I have a problem with people that are caught into the distorted, false reality of their own mind. I recently had several discussions with friends about communication, and what effective communication really is. More specifically, communication and relationships. Everyone has different ways of communicating, and sometimes those different ways can cause misinterpretation and miscommunication. But what or who causes it?
